International Move Preparation

One of the most vital aspects to a successful relocation overseas is preparation. Red Carpet Moving recognizes this important first phase of your move.  One of our relocation specialists will come to your home or office to explain the many services we offer and go over detailed preparations for a secure, successful move.

During this process, they will perform a complete survey of the items in your home or office to be moved, pointing out any items that cannot be moved, such as flammable items, and things that may require special attention such as antiques.

Each customer is then provided with a detailed estimate based on the volume of goods to be shipped and/or the volume and weight of goods to be air-freighted. Accurate estimating depends on the level of detail given to the relocation specialist during this survey.

If any new purchases will be made prior to the move, your relocation specialist will need to include these in the survey for an accurate estimate.

Long & Short Term Storage:

International Moves often require storage for long or short periods of time. Our professional moving facilities are designated to accommodate every storage situation. Red Carpet Moving can securely store your items in our warehouse storage facilities until you are ready to take delivery.
